Scott's awesome. All my tattoos except for a couple, are from when he was an apprentice (We went to highschool together). They're better than most pro dudes. And the ones I got since he has been a pro are just amazing.
His shop is right across the street from the Harley dealership in Inglewood. Go in and look at his portfolio. Plus, anyone he has working there for him is awesome too.
